Hi, I'm Chelsea, and this a portfolio of my travel photography.
I discovered my passion for photography mid-2015, roaming the local souqs during my year stationed in Bahrain.
A friend of mine showed me how to use a Nikon D3200, and since then I've been hooked; I became a permanent fixture behind my viewfinder. I have since transitioned to a Canon 6D.
Throughout my travels, I enjoy capturing candid, irretrievable moments on photo: the wispy summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, an affectionate moment between a father and daughter, ducks on a foggy lake on an early morning... and so on.
Whether it be through written word, photography, or film, I am drawn to the art of story-telling that inspires awe, humanity, or both.
I am a writer by education, but admittedly I am hooked to creating art in a click of a shutter. Must be a generational thing.
Check out my writing at Almost Elite, where I talk about the trials and tribulations of being a gym owner.
